What are we looking for?

We are seeking a Ssr. Credit Collection Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for identify and engage with potential customers, establish relationships with them, understand their needs, and recommend solutions that best meet those needs.

Duties and responsibilities

•Responsible for managing the collections of the company and perform procedures and requirements according to the administrative needs of each client.
•Responsible for the management, generation and delivery of invoicing to all clients.
•Control and monitoring of the client portfolio according to the dates of payments agreed in the commercial contract.
•Management of collections and related procedures to achieve them
•Consolidated weekly Aging report, detailing its evolution.
•Monthly Sales Report
•Analysis of bad debt (uncollectible).
•Permanent interaction with the other areas of the Company (Admin, Legal, CX, etc.)
•Management of rejected checks and management of daily operations of the sector.
•Able to innovate and to find opportunities for improvement.
•Commercial Support: commercial proposals drawing and follow-up.

Minimum Requirements:

•Minimum experience of 2 years in managing account receivable and dealing with clients
•We value knowledge in the use of accounting and management systems (Colppy and Quickbook)
•Minimum experience of 2 years in the area of ​​administration with focus on credits and collections
•Language: advanced oral and written English
•Bachelor student or graduate of business administration, public accountant or related degree.
